Ditto Company LTD (trading as Distillerie Deinlein) guarantees that any information divulged by you on this site will only be used for the purposes of processing your order and satisfying your requirements. Your personal information will NOT be made available to any other organisation.

Shipping

Generally all orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday to Thursday, orders placed on Fridays may be delayed until the following Monday. You will be informed of any shipping delays via email as soon as possible All deliveries within New Zealand are by Courier and direct to your door (except in some rural situations). The Courier will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home, he or she will leave a card requesting that you contact the Courier office to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Special Delivery Instructions – the courier will leave your Lemon:Cello if you give special instructions. It is important to note, that in giving these instructions, you are giving the courier permission to leave the Lemon:Cello without a signature. The Lemon:Cello becomes entirely your responsibility in the case of loss/theft – so please consider this option carefully.

Shortages or Breakages – these must be reported to Ditto Company Ltd (Trading as Distillerie Deinlein) within 36 hours, preferably by email and quoting your order number.

Please Note: All goods are insured up until the point of delivery: Until a signature is obtained or wherever the goods are left as per your special delivery instructions.

You will receive a quotation for the total cost, including shipping, by email. If you choose to accept the quotation, and your payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible thereafter.

Returns Policy

We have very high standards and as such stand behind the quality of all our products. If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase, or if in our product is in any way faulty please contact us as quickly as possible. Returns and refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
